My question is, is it really worth it to buy a handbag costing £200 when you can get a replica of one for a snipet of the price? In my opinion, yes! Although I cant really afford the real thing and normally have to to get the fake, it's always nice to see something well made and to be made out of nice material and know it isn't costing the poor children their dignity. For example, I went into a shop on Saturday, and I fell in love with some of the dresses. Yes, they might be all of my savings for say.. half a year, but would it be worth it? Deffinately! One of a kind, goreous fabric, why not! Then you go into the high street and you feel; like a fraud. There's the copies of what I had just seen, and it just wasn't the same. The admiration was lost and it was just another piece of clothing on the rack. Also, it so wasn't the same type of fabric! It didn't remind me of class and sophistication, just that fabric that you can't really descibe. It's the same with thrift stores. I admire them as, I can probably bet that there won't two of a kind in them, and if you dig deep enough, you might find that little hidden gem.
So what's your thoughts and feelings? Am I just being weid or do other people feel like this?

P.S- This is one of my favourite dresses. It's a Mary Quant dress, and I love the colour and shape. I'm in love.
