Lately I've discovered that all roads lead to Joni Mitchell or Explosions in the Sky. I get reflective hearing that sweet sound. I live in Essex but I'm originally from Kent. I love lists and taking photos, tacky gold jewellery and browsing in musty vintage shops. I love friends that contribute something to my life. Like Natalie and loose leaf tea. I trim my own hair, so it's usually uneven. I save and then spend my savings on grown up things like vacuum cleaners and Sky TV. I hate routine but love stability. My husband and cats are all the love I need. I like travelling to far off places to meet people who are worse off than me. I like having friends who don't speak English. Google Translator comes up with some funny interpretations of "I miss you". I burn out my mind reading about people who have been tortured because it gives me motivation. Then I do yoga or pilates to cleanse my angry soul. I like feeling useful. I like writing. I like aspiring to be something more.
